Yes, whatever break that eventually gets away shouldn't be the main threat, but this is the perfect break to get 10 minutes and to kill all action for the stage win in the peloton. And I don't think he loses 17" in the last km, so it's about surviving until then.

If Q36 keeps it relatively close, the positioning into the section will take care of the rest. The winner sits in the bunch for sure.
Im afraid UAE take it but I would want Bernal or Vacek to win as Vacek was my pre race guy id love to watch along with Del Toro, super super strong. Tho the spring up Piazza del Campo is to steep for Vacek in a sprint finish scenario.
