Evans was riding like he wanted the win.

I don't buy the BMC doesn't want the jersey so early crap...it can easily be given away Sunday to a the right rider on the right team and let them do the work defending it.

If Wiggo loses this to Vino he is going to be FURIOUS, he looked psychotic after he lost the P-N prologue to Contador last year.

Commentators always root for their countrymen. I was listening to the Gazzetta guys egging on Pinotti not too long ago.

Where does it say you can't take it on day 1 and then just not bother defending it on day 2?

I never got that line of reasoning.
