At the point Garzelli is now, Domenico Pozzovivo disappeared never to be seen again last year. Then Riccò attacked and dropped everyone but Contador and Menchov. Then attacked again and dropped them.

Stream is good on Universal. A few break-ups though.

Arroyo is just acting as a bridge for Contador to use against Nibali. Contador will try to get a gap on Nibs at the top of the climb, bridge up to Arroyo, and work together to neutralize Nibs on the descent.
