Awesome effort Nibali...on an unusual prep. Given AC's prep last year there may be something to be called to a GT at the last minute.:)

this is where i say thank you for sharing this tour. no one i know is really into it. thanks for the Karpets jokes. for anyone interested, i didnt get the reserve price i was hoping for, for my lollie bag, despite worldwide shipping. still waiting to hear back from lance on twitter if he's interested in replacing his prosphetic.

I didnt know Larson was riding this year, he came from nowhere.

Obviously he's a great tester and just saved himself for this stage i suppose.

pleased to see basso win, always seemed a nice guy..

but, interesting to see cyclings hippocracy, vino winning lbl was a doper winning, basso winning the giro is a great thing for cycling.. ho hum..

Congrats to basso. Nice scenes with his children, and the atmosphere in the amphitheatre seems brilliant.

Again the Giro demonstrates what a GT should be.

ditto.. good work by moondance and amazing work by the organisers and riders. not going to be forgotten in a hurry this one.

thank you for rai for making sure that none of the various sites were able to put up closing kilometres videos for cycling fans.. ;)

certainly a different reception.

BUT to be fair, the problem with many regarding vino (not me, I love vino) was the way he conducted himself with the doping situation. They emphasized on this factor.

always liked basso.
