The first Columbian bites the dust.

Wont be the last this Giro
Not all Colombians are Soler, you know.

That said, it's a big peloton and there's a full Euskaltel squad. It will be dangerous.

Man, say what you want about Cav, but at least he carries on the tradition of flamboyant, energetic sprinters. Farrar has to be the dullest guy in the peloton.

No, Flamboyant is what you call obnoxious riders who you like, or have been retired at least 5 years.

Very big distinction actually. Cav is whiny and obnoxious. Cipo had style. All the dental work in the world won't give Cav style.

I should know better than to ever try to say something nice about Cav.

If all you had done is say something about Cav, there would have been less of a problem. What you also did is slam a really nice guy at the same time. The fact you didn't see the difference is telling.

Dude, I wasn't 'slamming' Farrar at all. I know most people here love hurling abuse at their most hated riders whenever they show their faces on TV, but that ain't me. I like Farrar a lot, I have for years, but I have never once heard him say something interesting in an interview.

No, obnoxious is what I call Cav regardless. Flamboyance involves a sense of style. Cav is missing that in case you haven't noticed.
