oh man this is going to totally ruin the race. with so much wind attacking has no use in the climb :(

Wind sounds good for a powerful dude like Nibali actually. Also some teams might see an opportunity to do some damage. Movistar have done that a couple of times in Paris-Nice, for example.

how can you do damage in the wind on a climb?? only the first guy will be full in wind and the rest can stay behind and cover.

Before the climb starts properly? i don't know, I'm just speculating.

Anyhow in crosswind you can't stay in cover that easily.

but the climb has already started and final climb I don't see that happening as it's too unregular course

pace in peloton is so low that belkov can take a minute in a few km

also jackson is almost done for. he crashed in sterrato stage. I hope he can just hold on today and recover bit tomorrow :(

Either the climb is flat or Petacchi is in the form of his life. He's still in the Lampre-train pulling for Scarponi.
