Perfectly clear? It isn't no matter how many times I have to tell you all that I haven't enjoyed it. It has nothing to do with AC's clen charges but firstly I have struggled to get into it after Wouter's death and secondly I haven't found many of the stages entertaining. You can have your own conspiracy theories on why I haven't enjoted it but the reasons are not to do with my own likes and dislikes of riders. Many friends on twitter have sad similar things to what I've said.

Your deep seeded aversion for the Spaniards is well known and with Contador delivering a smack down and Anton and Nieve winning back to back stages, it must be extremely difficult for you to even watch the day-to-day events without steam coming out of your ears.

Well there is hope yet. The Tour will come, Evans will get your hopes up, giving the promise of maybe just maybe making his and your dream (no not your Evans' wet ones!:p) come true and appear to be on his way to that elusive big Tour win....
but
as usual your hopes will come dashing to the pavement like an unretired Armstrong and ultimately fail while giving a valiant effort compromised by:
1. A crash
2. A flat
3. A hissy fit
4. A lack of support by his team
5. A concerted effort by those "dirty Spaniards" to keep Evans from winning
6. All of the above

Well there's always the Vuelta.:D

and back to the Giro

Sastre it really is all over - Should he retire ?

and another Pity is that Szmyd has been sick I guess Ivan hope he is up and running again for July.

I read somewhere that Sastre had been suffering from some type of infection prior to the Giro is just now getting over it. I can't imagine him showing this bad of form without there being a reason other than the stated here of his just being over-the-hill.

He should ride a lot more, not less

I don't see how he can expect to do well in GTs when he rarely races anything that isn't a GT

Last year he actually made his presence felt in one of the Ardennes races and don't forget he made the podium of San Sebastian last year.

Someone who must have had a difficult rest day is Philip Deignan, former Cervelo team-mate Xavier Tondo is tragically killed in an accident and RadioShack have their team hotel searched. He must be reeling a bit especially considering he probably needed an easy day after his efforts yesterday.

I was just poking fun at ACF as I'm obsessively compulsively inclined to do.
In all honesty I'm hoping Evans does well too. I'd much much rather he win the Tour than Andy Schleck. So I'm hoping Samuel Sanchez puts up a good fight too, same with Robert Gesink and Ivan Basso. Any of them would be my preferred Tour winner than the chosen one.
