Somebody will have to take that jersey off Contador by force. I think that he would like to perpetuate the habit of once taken never give it away. It adds to the legend.

Moinard is not a worry for GC as Hesjedal is. Saxo would be pleasant to see Moinard in pink, but maybe dont like too much give 3 minutes to Hesjedal, that has showed in The Giro and previusly in the Tour he can be very strong in the last week.

Anyway today there are a lot of things to happen, the stage is really hard, this is not like a breaway in a flat stage that the peloton can catch... today is one of the queen stages of this Giro, long and hard, and Astana did a lot of damage in a hard, but short stage.

Not very much but with this start all the domestiques must be exhausted. This 5 minutes are more solid that when a peloton allow 10 minutes.
