Perhaps too much 'easy' kms between Molella and Serra. But who knows.

I think this too. After Mollela it's hard to make another selection, so if Contador sends men up the road who can survive Mollela, he'll have domestiques to neutralize any attacks before Serra, after which he should be able to handle the rest himself

If Aru's is smart (or Astana), they put 1/2 guys in the break, let Cataldo attack on Mollela, and they put Tinkoff and Contador under pressure. Perhaps they make mistakes before Serra. Just waiting on Serra and let Aru attack is quite useluss. He showed the last days he can't drop Bertie.

But on the other hand, there's Sky. Perhaps they will cooperate with Tinkoff if Astana is firing it up. Because Porte will count on the TT.

Yesterday they started by letting Landa go up and grab some seconds. They got 3 riders withing striking distance.
Biggest threat for Contador.

If I were you I shouldn't be too optimistic about Cataldo attacking.

It's early to tell, but Astana with 3 riders in the top 5 are Contadors biggest threat.

They have to. Aru is gonna lose 1-2 minutes that day - Cataldo, on the other hand, could ride himself even further ahead on that time trial
