Benjamín Prades indeed.
Chosen for the discussion above, as before he was a cyclist he was a pro biathlete with two seasons on the IBU Cup.
The "interesting" sponsor comes from Team Ukyo-Racing Miku. Team Ukyo is run by former F1 driver and now prominent mountaineer Ukyo Katayama. Katayama also has a personal link (through his wife if I remember rightly) to the manufacturers of the popular Hatsune Miku vocaloid, basically an anime girl embodiment of autotune software who has taken on a life of her own as a pop culture phenonenon, with literally thousands of fan made videos. For several years, the team therefore raced with jerseys emblazoned with the vocaloid, in the style of the "itasha" cars also run by Katayama and Goodsmile Racing in Super GT and GT3 series. They still market the team heavily using Miku, but usually more in the form of dolls, figurines and cartoon promotional material featuring her riding the bikes in Team Ukyo kit. Without a helmet, of course, to make sure the trademark hair is visible.
