78kg ATM. I got down to 76kg last week, but I think I lost a lot of through sweat as it was very humid as well, and since I work in a factory, it can be a real sweat session. Which would explain why I felt like **** as well.

I believe I already posted back in July but was too lazy to check and maybe lost few pounds since so these days;

6'5 - 192lb
195cm 87kg

Hoping to be 185-190lb for the racing season

Oh yeah, pretty much slightly bigger version of SuperMario :D

180cm 65 kgs so a BMI of around 20. But my problem is that my weight became an obsession to me.

I'm actually one of the best climbers in my country despite having the heaviest bike

mma is the same as free fight right?

yeah it's like ufc/pride but I prefer the name mma as that is what it's truly is, mixed martial arts, the most pure and allround sport I know

Current: 5 feet 2 inches (1.57 m), 105 pounds (47.6 kg / 7.5 stone). I race at the Masters level.

Thirty years ago: my constant training and racing would have me at 95 pounds (43.1 kg / 6.78 stone).

Wow! and i thought i was underweight.
You might actually be clinically underweight. You should fly on the climbs. (I know there might be few of them in the Netherlands)

I'm 185cm and before I started cycling 2 years ago was what I thought was a reasonably fit 84kg and now I'm 77kg. My non cycling friends think I'm now really thin but I feel frumpy compared to others on this thread. I just need to shift 2kgs from my gut to my chicken legs and I'll be happy :D

I can climb decently when I'm fresh. But my condition is so horrific that if I have to do a climb after 50km im still dead.
