We Americans were happy to have Guido Trenti riding for us even though he had only been to the States when he was too young to remember it.elapid said:We care because he is a damn good rider and national pride and patriotism would like him riding him riding for our country. Americans would not be happy if Phinney or Armstrong decided to race under another country's flag, similarly Cavendish for the UK, etc, etc. While he is still racing for Germany this year, it is good news that he intends on officially racing as an Aussie next year (well, at least for us Australians).
