i'd guess some of the confusion here is the Wilier products aren't available in the US (or here in the UK) on wiggle but are where simo1733 is. Maybe even officially.

If it had failed under warranty, you would return it for replacement or refund.

Here we go again...most of the UK MO places 'self warranty', which means, yep, you have a warranty but the MO place doesn't then send it to Campag ITL for replacement. IF you follow the wee fine print...like '3 days notice' type thing.

Well they say different
"
All goods supplied by Wiggle are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. "

I can order something from wiggle for 50% cheaper than my local shop can order it. It also arrives quicker. How is London to Brisbane quicker than Sydney to Brisbane lol!

Wiggle sure is changing the industry for the better.

"I saw Lance Armstrong with his shirt off and he has 3 nipples"....see, you can say anything.

Call Campagnolo NA and ask about things bought from southern UK MO places, shipped to the US and warranty.
