Why? As I said before all the data probably look the same.

'probably' - that's good enough for it to be released if it was all for nothing to begin with.

What are you trying to proof? Saxo do anti doping pr? No f-ing way. They're not hypocrites like team sky. Probably SRM asked if they could get some data to release and they gave it. No prob. A doper team is more transparent than "clean" "new cycling" team sky.

I don't think Saxo want to do anti-doping PR but that was the effect of the data release. You also can't rule out the possibility that the intention of Saxo was to prompt Sky to do likewise - you know place public pressure on them to follow suit...

Can I draw any negative inference from it though?

Seems to me that they are doing this as a publicity stunt to force Sky's hand to do the same.
You shouldn't.
But you did.

Poor poor Sky - I guess that even Sojasun are out to get them and looking for good PR.

Because SRM released the data from Simon in yesterdays stage, they took Roches the day before it was Lutzenkosthe previous day.... its almost like SRM are picking a different rider every day (obviously to get at Sky).

Surely Saxo and Movistar will have prepared final week rest day Blood Bags for a worse case scenario like this. Thats what I took from teams targeting to "peak for the final week".

Saxo look really strong. Riis prepared them well. That's why Alberto's ****ty form is so surprising to me.

yep the team has three riders in the top 12 on the Ventoux stage.
Leads the team classification without getting into a lucky break along the way.
Plenty of doping going on already most likely.

Michael Rogers is a litmus test for doping. If he's riding well in the climbs, you know his team is on heavy fuel.

Yes :D seriously though all joking aside can one get some sort of chronic illness because of doping? I think Alberto may have that illness

So if his team is riding on heavy fuel, how does that explain the ordinariness of Contador?

If Riis knew ecxactly how SKY worked their programme I have no doubt he would copy it.

Steven de Jongh said that Saxo pretty much hired him because he had worked for Sky (although there was no clinic hint in there, it was just general talk about how Sky are more professional than other teams).

I agree with this, the only difference is Riis probably didn't believe you had to be in top shape coming into the tour climbing or time trialing and Sky probably believed you did. I bet Riis worked his guys harder into the third week of June than Sky hoping for a late TdF Peak and by the looks of Ventoux this is exactly what has happened, except Froome hasn't lost fitness that can be offset by Saxo (Contador's) gains in fitness.

Not just Saxo but Movistar's trio and Purito as well.
Sensible to have to plan B in case Froome went full ***.

I kinda like the whole mega-doped A-teams though, They were missing in 2010 and 2011. Pity Dani Moreno isn't holding up his end of the bargain.
