Hello,
Walk 30 minutes everyday. You will just feel better about yourself(you might even lose a few lbs!)
Meditate- take a few minutes out of a stressful day just for yourself, soncentrate on one thing while you just relax.
I incorporate nuts and almonds into my diet everyday. They are brain energizers, and they keep you full too!

But as it was a super foods quiz and I am transitioning to the Paleo Diet for Athletes it wasn't a surprise that my score wasn't higher.

- quiz indicate that you are making some admirable choices for health and longevity, however you still have room for improvement. ...yikes:(

I actually thought this was quite low considering my diet (transitioning to Paleo but just haven't been able to organize my breakfasts yet) and level of exercise. I agree with others: not all red meat is created equal (beef from pasture fed cattle has much lower fat content than feedlot fed cattle; bison is leaner than cattle; etc), and there is no need for omega-3 supplementation if you are eating salmon and the like (particularly with the skins). But as the OP said, this was just a fun quiz and not to take it too seriously! :)

Take the first step toward a more vibrant you!
By Bonnie Schiedel
Do you ever wonder how healthy you really are? It's a question worth asking because taking stock of your health helps you stay well. "Doing a quick inventory from time to time brings potential problems into focus," says Dr. Jan Christilaw, head of specialized women's health at BC Women's Hospital and Health Centre in Vancouver. A study by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, for example, found that women who periodically surveyed their health habits ended up munching on more fruit and vegetables and boosting their strength and flexibility.

To help you reap the same benefits, we developed this quiz with advice from renowned health experts. Each statement is based on what most women—especially those aged 25 to 49—should be doing and details what to aim for to improve your health. Even a few small changes can make a huge difference. So, chart your progress by filling out the quiz every few months and visit your doctor to plan for your healthiest year ever!

I'm afraid to take the test. Perhaps another time.
I drink, smoke and ride.
I hope this "One man's breath,is another man's death holds true.:p

56 and dieting kinda loose these days. I find that when I train hard I stick to a good diet. Blow training and I blow the diet. Training is key. Very interesting and thanks for the "azimuth check."

I scored 38 because I am not taking fruits and nutrients foods and also I am not doing exercise properly this makes me to score less. It also shows me to take good protein foods that I need to take without fail.

48 for me, and I was not entirely truthful. plus sometimes there were five options, but there was no "none of the above" box to tick, so I had to lie.

there was not much room to say - i'm a cyclist, I can't really take a bag of apples and oranges on a 5 hour ride, can I?

Luckily, i'm not taking that number too seriously, as i'm one of the healthiest eaters that I know!

I scored an 80/100.

Gee, I probably scored lower than I could because I don't eat any Wild Salmon?

Yeah, the test is what it is. . . indicative of something but nothing in particular.

That said..... I rarely get sick..... so the massive amounts of vegetables and fruits I consume by eating and juicing must be doing something good.

I don't get colds or flu....... and I've never had a flu shot and never will. I believe they cause far more harm than good. People are way too willing to let someone inject these vaccines made of god-knows-what into their blood streams. More or less, I stay away from doctors and drugs.

All that said though ..... we are all so much more than what we eat !
