Of course he'd need to explain away his support of Sutton and Brailsford but he could say he was scared and coerced into backing them.

Or he will pretend it never happened like he did with his history of supporting Pharmstrong

He's dirty. Full stop.

Sky was absurdly and obviously doped to the gills and he was their horse for one Tour. That paint doesn't wash off.

You know the longer Froome stays in the pelElton the longer his history will be buried/protected. Get paid and stay protected. That’s high level thinking right there.

Re. Wiggins’s what are his possible benefits from going public
Right now it’s because he’s promoting a book.

Daft things to say though (eg see the Domestique clip): I wasn’t aware Sky had put Brad under any bus, quite the contrary, keeping him out from under it whilst binning (more or less) Freeman.

I had the misfortune to read the Times article screenshotted above. The journo is a feature writer not a sports writer so focuses on the abuse (she’s interviewed him on this before).

More to come indeed …

The guy is just trying to keep his name in the media until the statute of limitations covers his Tour win, then he'll write a big confession book (ok, someone else will do the writing for him) to cash in a 2nd time.
Crying about being thrown under the bus when you've faced 0 consequences in the first place ranks pretty highly up there in terms of being full of ***.

I wouldn't be surprised if at least half the stories are made up.

So Wiggo has a new book out which means that at long last he will finally have his say. He told us it would shock a few people so lets hope its worth the wait. I wouldn't hold my breath though, I think its just his way of paying off a few debts. On a human level its sad to see his demise but on a sporting level he has swam in the soup and took the rewards.

Speaking on BBC Radio 4 on Tuesday, Wiggins suggested that “the truth will come out” regarding the infamous Jiffy-Bag scandal and the team’s widespread use of therapeutic use exemptions (TUEs) during his time as leader. “I was put in a position where I had to prove a negative,” he said. “The story that ran after that was full of innuendo, supposition, and it grew. It was a sinister act, there was a lot going on behind the scenes and continues to this day. One thing I will say on that, I think the truth will come out at some point.” ...His suggestion that others within the Sky setup were shielded from scrutiny echoes remarks made last week, when he told The Times: “It’ll come out.”
Let's hope the ITA have had a chat with Sir Brad about Rozman ....
