Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team chose their riders for the final race of Challenge Mallorca: Trofeo Tramuntana.

"Tomorrow for the last test of the Challenge we are lining up three fresh riders at the start like Jerome Pineau, Michal Kwiatkowski and Serge Pauwels who we'll put up next to Kevin De Weert, Dries Devenyns, Tony Martin, Dario Cataldo, Kristof Vandewalle and Peter Velits," said Team Trainer Tom Steels. "The goal is to try to be protagonists again."

Trofeo Tramuntana is a 160.2 km race, and for certain a climber's course. There are two category 3 climbs, two category 2 climbs, and a category 1 climb that includes 935 meters of elevation gain for a handful of kilometers.

Tomorrows stage looks quite similar to today's, but even harder. Nordhaug should have a good chance to double up, but will probably be a much more marked man tomorrow. Either way, the strongest guy will probably win as it's up and down all day, culminating in an ascend up the hardest side of Puig Major.

tomorrow henao will take it,very hard stage

I don't know, the big climb is long but less than 6% average, and there are still 20km to the finish from the top. I think either Valverde or Rojas will win in a sprint from a group of 10-15 riders.

Nordhaug was interviewed by cyclism actu after the race today and said:

Comes a bit out of leftfield.

That has got to be a mistake. Maybe he meant Ardennes, or something got lost in translation?

On Nordhaug, I suppose it must be lost in translation. Although it did cross my mind that the new Flanders route might not suit some of the usual cobbled specialists.

On Froome, maybe it's just too cold for him.

According to Biciciclismo the organizers are looking for an alternative route, or it will be shortened.
Some riders and race directors have been saying on twitter such as Michael Sayers (BMC).
