Seems like Evans was dropped/ had a mechanical/crash as finished 1:43 down
Mathews came 16th so evidently he was supposed to go for the sprint as well but go too tired as bos came 40th

It is possible that he just sat up in the finale. A flat circuit race/criterium isn't really his thing.

Who edited that? In a 12 minute video, they couldn't be bothered showing the breakaway being caught
Thanks for posting it.

The editing was okay, as long as we get to see some of the race.It was the music that i don't like. Most cycling videos have some weird music on them in youtube

Good to see Fenn really flying. He has been supported by the Braveheart fund and might be their best yet.

What an impressive start to his pro career.

The interesting thing about him is that sprinting isn't really his main thing. At least as far as I can gather, An Post regarded him as a future Classics hard man.

Do you think SKY will try and grab him?

But yes, Fenn is having a great start, his sprint his pretty good, beating world class riders like EBH, Bennati, & Rojas.

It was Rowe or fenn for Sky this year. They choose Rowe, over Fenn. They might go for him in years to come if they will be around.

The odd thing is that he was heavily rumoured to be on his way to Sky from An Post - even before he arrived at An Post, there seemed to be an understanding that he was there for a year to get real race experience before going on to Sky. Then he signs for OPQS instead.

Sky's loss is Quickstep's gain. It's a pretty good bit of business when you sign a kid and he then wins the first two races you stick him in.

Not true though. That's a misconception going around.

He rode Tour Down Under, that's why good early form ;)

Still mighty impressive ;)
