I think it would be a neat concept if the Earth was indeed flat. Although it would be a complete blow to those who believe in the hollow Earth theory.

What, you mean it can't be flat and hollow? That's bogus...

Maybe the earth is a cube.
Bingo! we have a winner

TIME CUBE
If you would acknowledge
simple existing math proof
that 4 harmonic corner days
rotate simultaneously around
squared equator and cubed
Earth, proving 4 Days, Not
1Day,1Self,1Earth or 1God
that exists only as anti-side.
This page you see - cannot
exist without its anti-side
existence, as +0- antipodes.
Add +0- as One = nothing.

(2) Ships and the Horizon

If you’ve been next to a port lately, or just strolled down a beach and stared off vacantly into the horizon, you might have, perhaps, noticed a very interesting phenomenon: approaching ships do not just “appear” out of the horizon (like they should have if the world was flat), but rather emerge from beneath the sea.

But – you say – ships do not submerge and rise up again as they approach our view (except in “Pirates of the Caribbean”, but we are hereby assuming that was a fictitious movie). The reason ships appear as if they “emerge from the waves” is because the world is not flat: it’s round.

while it is true ships do not submerge and rise up again, the reason is **not** "because the world is not flat: it's round." the reason is that ships are designed to travel on *surface* of the sea.

anyone retired from or presently in any country's navy will be quick to point out that *boats* - and ONLY *boats* - are designed to travel under and emerge from the sea. :D

I'm unsure if the earth is a cube, but I'm inclined to believe that it is flat.

The Iroquois Creation Myth has as its basis that the world rests on a big turtle. Now, since a turtle's shell is domed in shape, a round, spherical earth would simply roll off and bob up and down in the water where the big turtle swam. This helps no one, as it increases the chances of basement flooding by about 3000 percent (+ or - 436) and creates untold problems relating to mildew and fungi spores, thereby eliminating any reasonable chance of being able to sell your home in the future. And since the housing market is generally in okay shape, I'm inclined to believe that the earth is not a round sphere.

The half of Earth seen from
space, cannot exist without
the opposite half not seen...
existing as opposite values.
Earth entity does not exist -
for it is composed of opposite
hemispheres which rotate in
opposite directions - equating
to a zero value existence

Those whacky space ships have pretty thick windows which leads to excessive distortion and hence the rounded view, if you look closely at those pictures you can see how the white spots are swirled due to the distortion. And those windows are thick because those pesky martians are always throwing that space dust at subsonic speeds to keep us away from the kryptonite mines they've uncovered and then that death star hiding behind Jupiter!

Flat Earth for sure

Well i hate to tell you all this but ,

When you raise your kids and they finally grow up , they all head for that county line , and they never come back . That proves that the Earth is flat , and they fall off to the Abyss somewhere , we all try to warn them, to please stay in the village. There is nothing but bad out beyond that city limit sign. They have to go to the forbidden zone and schloink they are gone and gobbled up . So for sure that the Earth is flat . Yip , Harolds old pick up truck went that way too and its a write off now . Harold is gone as well , thats for sure .
Aunt missy left her purse and shoes behind , she never came back either . Not sure what happened to the Kendricks , they all disappeared . One of the houses got closer to the edge or the edge got closer to the house and it disappeared , i hope the edge stays away from the city limit sign cause the county line is farther away and it gives us time to drink more beer . lmao . :D

it's FLAT

Today I put the Concept to a Test

Venturing Out..........I walked for an Hour in each Direction E S W N

in each Direction it's Flat

One Day I will Venture further and find out how soon I started going Uphill
or Downhill...............which I would do if the World indeed is Round

I heard it once said that you can watch your dog runaway for 3 days in Saskatchewan (a province in Canada). I'm unsure if that attests to a sense of boredom towards your soon to be ex-pet or it says more about a dog that is somewhat indifferent to its runaway cause.

Anyway, given this morsel of information, it is easy to digest the flatness of the earth. If the earth was round, you could possibly watch your dog runaway for 1.5 days. Two days at most, as it would dip below the horizon and vanish. But since in Sasketchewan it is a 3 day affair, the earth must be rather flat. The proof is in the wandering dog.

So it should be clear to everybody once and for all that the earth is indeed flat. If there wasn´t the reasonable theory that it´s a cube...

thanks! for Your valuable insight

I like the Cube Theory but would the Edges not wear off over Time?

mind it's just as Good a Theory as the BIG Bang Theory which is NOT called a 'Theory' for nothing......................ok such Action can be verified as 'Possible' by Clever Mathimaticians but is just as Likely to be Utterly Wrong

i think the earth is flat but the moon is round

Photo in post 2 clearly demonstrates Earth round (spherical?.... maybe), Moon bumpy...probably flat.

They have a point, we might simply perceive the world to be round with our current knowledge (just like they thought the earth was flat some years ago). Maybe the earth is a cube.

Don't think so though.

Hi Aussies btw, don't fall off, in case the earth is flat.

Conventional cubic/flat maps have it all wrong...they are all upside down. Those of you in the "Northern hemisphere" (using convention for "simplicity's sake")...don't fall off!
