38th.Any one hear how Pozzovivo finished?
Shortly afterwards, but yes.Kinda of a side question but didn't Pog attack on the bridge where Remco crashed in 2020?
Im shocked but they just posted the full results.Tell me it's an Italian race without saying it's an Italian race...
He was 7th in Frankfurt '13. (as I recall it from a 3-man sprint)Yeah, but after repeating the joke like 10 times during the week I decided the check the actual results and Pozzovivo was actually 5th.
It seems like I've been living a lie all these years.
Cycling disappointed me once again.
Riders finishing in small groups makes their job way easierIm shocked but they just posted the full results.
It’s better to be pissed off than to be pissed on.And there we have it for those waiting for it: Remco mad at the moto. Fill in your bingo cards accordingly.
It seems like Pogacar still has quite a bit to catch on then.He was 7th in Frankfurt '13. (as I recall it from a 3-man sprint)
EDIT:
aka my favorite ride is not going to winThis sport is finished
you have a lot of other sports if you dont like itCycling is dead
Not at all, in fact I was a massive Pogacar fan boy until this year.aka my favorite ride is not going to win
This is my point, its hardcore cycling fans who have started to stop watching, this will hurt the sport next year. What a lovely day. Rode my bike, walked the dog, ate some good food, and it only cost me my title as ''cycling fan''.
You may be right, but it’s hard to find an accurate data point to substantiate that. Some of us have watched for 3-4 decades and have seen lots of unsavory years, but will still be watching next year. This is my point, it’s hardcore cycling fans who have started to stop watching, this will hurt the sport next year.
Is Pogačar currently on an exponential form curve, that will keep going for a while?
Crowds were amazing today and there is a whole new generation growing up who has riders like Pog, Remco and others to idolize. The sport will be fine. Doomsday profecies rarely ever come true. You may be right, but it’s hard to find an accurate data point to substantiate that. He’s an emotional guy—I don’t think that means he’ was “broken.” I was thinking how significant it would be for him even getting 2nd when the accident here could easily have ended his career, and he knows that.Pog looked fresh as a daisy, Remco looks totally broken at the finish.
Probably Sante Maria on the hardest part as most times. This end-of-the-season Pogacar version looks even scarier than the Tour version. He'll attack from the gun in Strade winning by 10 minutes.
It makes San Remo (and as always Roubaix) the most interesting race on the Spring calender. This end-of-the-season Pogacar version looks even scarier than the Tour version. He'll attack from the gun in Strade winning by 10 minutes.
He was disappointed to finish 2nd but he looked good and was very strong as well. He could coast when it was clear he wasnt gonna gain back and went auto-pilot in the end. It was a good way to end the season for him as well with his first podium here. He’s an emotional guy—I don’t think that means he’ was “broken.” I was thinking how significant it would be for him even getting 2nd when the accident here could easily have ended his career.
We'll see, but for now there is this horde, this very loud minority that seems to find this exciting. Either way, I am going to make it very easy for myself: if he is riding, I ain't watching. This is my point, its hardcore cycling fans who have started to stop watching, this will hurt the sport next year.
We are all living lies, it’s what keeps us alive.Yeah, but after repeating the joke like 10 times during the week I decided the check the actual results and Pozzovivo was actually 5th.

Facts 👏We'll see, but for now there is this horde, this very loud minority that seems to find this exciting. Either way, I am going to make it very easy for myself: if he is riding, I ain't watching.
Giro del Veneto next week, proper ciclismo.
