From what I understand, they're well on their way to move back into the WorldTour.

Gran Camino is not a WorldTour event, so they can refuse the team to compete in this race.
the WorldTour events in spain will have to invite the team, if it will be promoted to the WorldTour next year.

it might be that Spanish race organizer will choose not to renew their WorldTour event license, so for example the Vuelta will be reduced to a 2.PRO event.

Who knows what the future will bring for the team, but this is a really nice win for Koggy - a bike length or two even. He's down for the CRO Race later in the month where he enjoyed some success last year.

Contrary to what I wrote a while back the team is now down to race Emilia, Lombardia etc, but there is no activity on Strava from Woods since the 8th Sept. Therefore it still looks unlikely that we'll see him again.

It's called critical mass, let's see if physics determines, but there is a tectonic shift and usually that means damage.
