I think we need to start questioning jonas TT performance at the tour seriously given the sports history. Putting 3 mins on van aert in 22km and loosing 20+ secs on roglic on 10 km rolling TT(with rogla riding a wrong turn) doesn't equate right

This! One thing is being one of the best and due to recovery you can be the best in the third week (just speaking about TT). Other thing is getting bullied in every TT and when it "really matters", he finds magical legs and delivers magicals TT.

Ineos fault, should've had him going earlier, he lost it before the heavens opened properly but he was descending in drizzle which wont've helped

yeah, he was never going to win anyway. The only one quicker than Roglic in part 2 was Skjelmose who did this a hundred times in training. And Hayter can't descend.
