Ciprelli's attempts to block the investigation have been rejected by the highest court after already being rejected by the appeals court.

In the article there is mention of Ciprelli's EPO purchases in 2007 and 2011 and the discovery of his account with an internet EPO supplier including the détails of €14,800 of EPO purchases. Ciprelli says that the purchases were for himself to help his recovery after a cycling accident.

if not stated directly, there was certainly an imbalance in power dynamics, and someone who is a minor, but above 16 (not sure the legal age in quebec) can still be charged with statutory rape. what was he, over 30, plying her with epo and other hormone androgens. if they can sentence polanski, they could sentence this cat.

The problem being, she's soaked up quite a bit of the Women's elite cycling development budget in France for decades, and now is really making matters worse for everyone.
