Jonas Vingegaard: Something is Rotten

Assuming we're right talking about them in the clinic (I'm still on the fence), he's trolling everybody else. Pog clearly is on the same juice in that case.
Pog did a better ITT, than in 2020. Putting over a minute into Van Aert today. He has his own thread.

Maybe UAE just didnt think JV and Vinge would/could do this. Had the balls to do it, so blatantly. A miscalculation on their side.

A lot to do with the 'no information about the other times' and the I thought my meter was broken. (by giving 20W)
I'm starting to believe more and more he just went balls deep because he didn't really know where he was and when he saw UAE cars he thought Pog must have a bad day... instead of i'm completely flying. I would have loved to hear what was being said over that channel...

was it :" you are doing great, keep going" or 'not so fast, not so fast..."

Its not the first time, after seeing bonkers performances, we get the answer: ''i didn't hear anything'. Guessing these riders go faster without earpieces. (thats a marginal negative gain over the 90ies)

What is this? These are elite riders. Of course their numbers are off the chart. But please do learn how to use 'orders of magnitude' corretly.

When Pogacar did his 2020 performance, people said that Pogacar was special in how he would recover from lactic acid and how that was his unique unusual physical trait that would 'explain' his performance.

Come *** on!

And wasn't it for a long time that people said that VO2Max wasn't as important and useful because several people were dominating with lower VO2max values than others?

Pogačar’s high vo2 and the ability to flush out lactate faster than most is a plus. Of course he’s juicing, but he’s not less talented than Vingo.

It is probably well known now that Vinge is not the smartest guy. If the ear-piece didnt work or he couldnt hear... he by default, just kept going.

A smarter guy might have realized, looking at his meter. "I am going too fast right now" and eased up just a little bit. He just admitted he couldnt believe his numbers. It just shouldnt be possible.

Did anyone see Van Aert in the hot-seat by the way, when the camera panned to him after Vinge passed the line? He was absolutely creasing/laughing. Putting his hat down to cover his face, when he realized he was being filmed, and then just smiled putting it back on as he stood up.

Yeah, back then small thin climbers were losing to tall muscular guys in TTs. That stopped with Froome.
No one was ever able to explain why GC contenders were beating TT specialists in the third week of the TdF. And now they aren't just beating them, they are crushing them by many minutes.

Imagine Pantani beating Ullrich by minutes on a flat TT!

Or imagine a 65kg female boxer beat Tyson Fury. If the laws of physics no longer seem to be valid, no PED can explain that.
Yeah but most of the time trials back then were pancake flat and 50 km. Big guys could lose minutes to the likes of Escartin and Virenque (even Pantani many years) in the mountains but with few exemptions it didn't matter overall.

I noticed that exact same thing and was laughing about it; the look on his face seemed partly "Wow, did I just get my a** kicked" but also partly "Even if he IS my teammate, that is f***ing ridiculous". :p
