No one can descent like Moho. No one.
As in style or speed? Or specific aspects?

Van der Poel was quicker down Poggio last year than Mohorič was the year before. I'm quite sure he took the record. You can say that was in part down to strength out of the corners and not needing to pass by other riders, but there's no prize for an isolated ability to carry high speed.

A little bit of everything. The speed, the style, the technique, how he leans into the corner. Almost like riding a moto gp bike.

After what Vingegaard did today and yesterday, that's all you have to say on vingegaard's thread @CyclistAbi ?

Are you not entertained?

This are more of an exhibition rides, for now the most i got out of it is to see Bernal is making a comeback. So hopefully at least Cian if nobody else will try something tomorrow, Jonas needs a bit of challenge. Was thinking Carapaz will show more, not sure about that any more. Otherwise congratulations for winning a hat-trick are due. We'll see.

Just now noticing this?

It's a process but lets say starting 2023 season i somehow feel he started becoming obsessed with it. So if the plan for season 2024 is even more of that, considering he is now undisputed stage race leader at Visma. Then it will be interesting to see on how that pans out. This style in my opinion is a bit foolish, when it comes to stage racing. But i get it, if you win the Tour, then you write the history. So lets see if they go too far with this or if they have it under control.

With how Bernal and especially Martinez have been going, his competition in O Gran Camiño looks to have been quite good.

Tomorrow and especially Thursday could see a fight for bonus seconds, after that we'll see if he needs to make a move on San Giacomo already.

Gualdo Tadino is the same final 1.5 km as in 2021, but harder run-in.

Van der Poel won ahead of Van Aert back then, Higuita 4th and Pogi 8th. So Ayuso could be in play.

Peleton already has MVP and Pogacar providing show effects. Remco providing the necessary post race controversy. I appreciate that Vingegaard is trying to find his own niche. Not the biggest fan of the genre but comedy has a place in cycling.
