Because he always attacks. It‘s repetitive. Why?
Visma was pushing when Roglic was behind, but Emirates didn't helped.Of course he doesn't win fans racing like this but he was very smart today. He knows only Pogacar can beat him, so he completely ignores all other gc riders. This is all a mind game and he is getting what he wants, a nervous and anxious Pogacar. He needs to survive Wednesday and the first weekend without being over 2 and half minutes on GC. If he is under, he can win the Tour.
This explains everything. TYYes, and known for cheering on all Danish riders.
Yes, they don't. I said this numerous times in the stage thread. This is all about Pogacar vs Vingegaard.Visma was pushing when Roglic was behind, but Emirates didn't helped.
By that logic, Emirates also don't care about the other GC riders.
I can understand what Vingegaard did today but I don’t have to like it. He has so much power and talent but is so lacking in the ciclismo panache that makes a rider loved instead of just admired.
It shows he has the engine and burst to go well in the classics like Pogacar but unlike Pog it’s hard to imagine that he will ever try them.
The problem is the fact some people are forgetting where he came from. He had serious injuries 3 months ago. He is in good shape, but he not yet at his best.I can understand what Vingegaard did today but I don’t have to like it. I didn't heard anyone from Visma saying he is doing the Vuelta. He ain't doing Vuelta this year, so maybe he will ride Lombardy?
He could be up there in LBL, but winning if Pog and/or Remco is there? How? On a tough Lombardy course he might have a chance.
But when it comes to panache, well, seeing him winning solo multiple times in T-A and O Gran Camino this year was quite spectacular. When he is in top shape he is lethal.
It helps to listen to him in Danish. Unlike toby, I actually like his personality and find it much easier to relate to him than to Pogi. Likewise with Michael Rasmussen. I think those two are the only Danes I've really hoped would win some bike races. This explains everything. TY
(Don't worry, I get it. I also want Almeida to beat Ayuso)
Call me crazy if you want but I could see him podiuming Flanders in an edition where Pogacar rips the legs off the field on every berg and Jonas is able to follow. He might even be a better bet to win than Wout nowadays who always falls short of MVDP in monument distance events. He ain't doing Vuelta this year, so maybe he will ride Lombardy?

I respect him, but whether he, Asgreen or someone like Küng wins are all the same to me.I really cant understand how you can feel that way about Vinge and not Pedersen. Sure, Pedersen might not be the sharpest tool in the box at times, but he races like a champ. Im not a big fan of his either tbh, but I like watching him race even though I usually cheer for a few of his opponents instead.
I didn't heard anyone from Visma saying he is doing the Vuelta.

He's lucky the 4 big MTFs are in sub-200 km stages!Endurance seems Vingo's Achilles heel.
So what's your point? I replied to some who thought Vinge should try to ride more one-day races because he might do well in them with his engine. As you know he hasn't ridden many. I thought that Lombardy would be his best chance because the climbs are longer than in LBL.Amount or stages/races won by Pogacar of over 200km: 13

If true, Pogacar should try to make big difference on Stage 11 (211 kms with the explosive climbs in the last 35 kms). To be honest, it's a perfect stage to bury some contenders and Pog should try to seriously test Jonas on this stage.Amount or stages/races won by Pogacar of over 200km: 13
