Sorry, didn't know where else to put this. But, it's currently snowing where I live, and snow is a bit rare in this area. (We're used to lots of rain, especially in winter.)

Anyhoo, I just had to build a snowman - he may only be 6" high, and that is a baby carrot for a nose. But this is powder snow, so I did the best I could with what Mother Nature gave me.

I couldn't possibly feel any giddier right now. :D

lol. That's an impressive flag. ¡Viva México!

1999, President of Mexico Ernesto Zedillo started a program erecting giant flags across the country. Directed by the Secretariat of National Defense, the banderas monumentales (monumental flags) were placed in various cities and spots, most of which are of great significance to the nation. In a decree issued on July 1, 1999 by Zedillo, the flags were to be placed in Mexico City, Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, and Veracruz. The decree also stipulated for the flags to measure 14.3 meters by 25 meters, which are raised on flag poles that are 50 meters high. After these initial monumental flags were created, cities such as Ensenada, Nuevo Laredo and Cancún were reported to have their own monumental flags.

This July 22, 2012 file photo shows U.S. singer-songwriter Bob Dylan performing on stage at "Les Vieilles Charrues" Festival in Carhaix, western France. French authorities have filed preliminary charges against Bob Dylan over an interview in which he is quoted comparing Croatians to Nazis and the Ku Klux Klan. Paris prosecutor’s office spokeswoman Agnes Thibault-Lecuivre said Monday the charges of “public insult and inciting hate” were filed in mid-November.The charges stemmed from a lawsuit by a Croatian advocacy group in France over an interview in Rolling Stone magazine in 2012. it’s possible to have reddish, brownish or even green pee (though neither of these are healthy pee colors), but nope, definitely not purple.
