Part of the bid proposal is manning a central station for incoming calls w operators that speak 26 languages. There was a questioned asked about a 3rd form of French that may be needed for some African people that may call in, I guess that Haiti and African French dialects can be so different that a special operator may be needed. Some of the other languages that they provide for really blew me away. Some of the cost estimates also were mind blowing. All the instructions for use and testing of the machines are provided in the mother tongue of the user.
