Twilight Zone Moment
Just got home from Wal-Mart here in Mexico where I bought tighty-whitey underwear with money I got from Obama's stimulus package and I am having tacos for dinner. Alas I own neither a serape or sombero but do have a rather large Mexican flag to fly on holidays

I used to eat a bean and cheese burrito before my long runs marathon training.
Beans are a great slow burning carbo. Just don't get a burro with a lot of fat.

here in my town, there is no shortage of great mexican food. chipotle is here too. people say they are ok, but i can't say. there are other mexican foods i would eat before a ride. something easy to digest, like the breads they make.
i eat the heavier stuff after the ride.
