Stannard and Farrar reports that there will probably be crosswinds from the start. Lots of wind reported.

Boasson Hagen looks a pretty good bet to me, but if Farrar's there at the finish, he'll win. If it's a coup by Greipel I won't be complaining. Boonen obviously can't be discounted either.

Which is to say nothing that isn't completely obvious.

Seems the first escapee is Isaychev (Katusha), on his own.

Good find @AK-Zaaf. Can you imagine a Vacansoleil bus with Frans Duijts on the back :D or worse, Dries Roelvink :D:D:D

Be careful what you wish for, Dries Roelvink could start selling holidays...

Nice work on your website. It's in my bookmarks for a month now and I regurlary watch vids from the races I missed. Now you also added live streams... nice!

I went there this morning hunting for video. Unfortunately just below the video embed was a line saying Flecha was second :p

I doubt I will ever be in that situation again, but is it better to just go straight to your youtube channel, dim?

the old server couldnt handle a couple of hundred visitors at one time, and we started exceeding our bandwidth limit in the first week. We just embed a feed we find but it means we will dig out the best streams once they are all up, and embed whichever one is best. (so that initial stream will change probably half hour into the race - also means we can have another stream ready in case one goes down)

Ramunas Navardauskas (Garmin)

Who on earth is that?

[edit to answer my own question] He is a Lithuanian neo-pro who won the LBL Espoirs last year and was on the podium for both of his national championships.

They ignored a red light by a railway crossing, and have been removed from the race.

Sorry, yesterdays race was the first race that i accidentally left the race report visible under the video.

If you go to the front page of the site, the latest video is always there completely spoiler free.
(the races pages are generally spoiler free, I just slipped up yesterday.)

If you look at the Omloop page now you will see what I normally do. I just completely forgot yesterday.

Something about Andy Fenn getting a gap of 2.30?! I presume he's between the front group and platoon.

No, he is the leader. The 4 leaders are no longer in the race as Lanark said earlier.

Oh that sucks. I've never ever seen a spoiler at one of their vids before and I think it's their intention not to have spoilers as well. So must've been a mistake.

Edit: See Dims reply a few posts above mine. Slip up.

Hushovd isn't riding tomorrow, it will be Farrar's turn instead.

Mmmm, I don't believe in Farrar. But then I didn't believe in Langeveld and look what happened.

EBH for the win!

3 leaders now. Sander Armée, Andrew Fenn (GBr) and Matthieu Ladagnous (Fra)

1m10 clear of the peloton.
