Difficult to tell, because Hofland is a very good sprinter and could beat Boonen.

I would expect OPQS to use their numbers once we're in the final 3-4kms. Leaving it to Boonen vs. Hofland is risky.

Because top 5/10 would be a huge result for him. If it comes back he gets nothing. Still, I'd expect him to stop riding in the final kms.

That's a good explanation, sometimes it's easy to forget that top10 in the opening weekend is a great result for a small belgian team.
