She seems to be happy at the team, and the fact that she's dating one of their employees possibly doesn't make it less likely that she'll be staying.
Lippert is the type of rider needed at Jayco. Someone who could be a leader and finish off races. You would get total support from the team.

Bib number (Labous) 2 Suffers a fall during the race, assessed by her doctor. After finishing the race, she is assisted at his request. Incised-contused wound in the eyebrow arch area. No stitches required; adhesive strips are applied.
Bib number 124 (Mittenwallner) Suffers a fall (around km 55). After finishing the stage, requires evaluation for facial trauma. Trauma in the zygomatic bone area with hematoma, incised-contused wound on the chin not requiring stitches, and a first-degree burn on the left shoulder.
Bib number 152 (Asencio) Fall during the race (km 131.5). Trauma to the left upper limb, with deformity, crepitus, sharp pain, and loss of function. Pain relief administered, and athlete transferred to San Jorge University Hospital.

A spectator lost her balance and fell into some riders during the neutral part. Only one rider from Fenix hit the ground.
