And here I was wondering what happened to the newest Belgian wonderimp.

They all came in chilling, also others like August, Marti or Morgado. No one even trying so I'm just assuming these times will be corrected.

EDIT: already corrected it seems.

Good try from Nortoft I think, gap was bridgeable and they didn't want to just drag Brennan to the finish for nothing.

That was strange. After the attack of the italien guy after sucking wheel for 5km I wouldn't ride anymore. But perhaps Theiler wanted a result and show that he is strong.

Great win for Crescioli, but Theiler has an IQ of minus 50 or something. I know he's young but what was this??

Is he just gifting it to Crescioli or what am I watching lmao.

Or is he just that confident
Hopefully he got a decent price for it, other than that he looked behind several times to see nobody coming and just carried on riding, bizarre.

Brennan could have 2 stages if he had a team dedicated to him, just the nature of national/U23 racing I suppose. He won't mind too much, feel comfortable saying that his time will come on the bigger stage in the near future.

Evidently Theiler thinks that a second place in an Avenir stage, no matter how he achieved it, is going to land him a contract somewhere even though he's a last-year U23 with zero non-NC top-10s in the past 2 seasons.

I get that, but then at least stop riding like that in the last km or so, it was pretty obvious peloton wasn't coming back. Or at least ask Crescioli to take over once earlier and see what he does. It looked like he just kept riding without even looking at Crescioli (who even attacked him before).

Don't think a 2nd place here will land him a pro contract anyways.

Well Morgado lost 8 minutes, no idea what he's even doing there if he's this bad. Stage like this should be a possible win for him.
