A breakaway of 15 riders including @LoicVliegen has gone off the front. The peloton is split into 3 group.
75km raced and leading group have gap of 1'07" and it is raining at the finish

Is it the exact same route this year as last (or at least the exact same finish)?

the circuit is harder this year, with one additional cobbled sector. Otherwise it's the same, yes, also the finish. I would be very surprised if we get to see a sprint - or if so, most likely a very reduced one like last year, when only four guys were left in the end
