So is there actual reason to think AD took a tow yesterday, or is it just a meme that people enjoy piling onto (because AD is so bland that there aren't any feelings attached to him otherwise)?

There are multiple Belgian journalists who followed him all day and they all confirm he did not do anything wrong

Demare probably grabbed more racks / frames than Harry Weinstein lately. That dumb dora should've been thrown out of the race. Only hit dogs bark anyway. Once again he got away with it. The only question that remains in fact is on which day he did it. Not yesterday according to reporters from Belgium apparently. But Greipel doesn't make this stuff up for nothing..

Greipel shouldn't have apologized. He obviously believes Demare is cheating.

Were they in the Alps also? Or in the MSR where he set the record up Cipressa? Guy is dropping in km 1 of each mt stage and then magically finds his legs once cameras are away... He's a joke.

Just Greipel who lost his nerves on Twitter yesterday.

Then he deleted his tweet, apologized to Demare. There is a commissionner in the voiture-balais, there is some video commissionner, there is a Belgium journalist who said that he was behind him all day long yesterday and that he never saw a sticky bottle from Demare. The is some footage from the ascension of the Portet.

But you know, Greipel won, now people want to hear what they want, even if there is some evidences that he didn't cheat yesterday.

Commissaires magically disappear too.

But you know, we are on a French race, the commissaires are all french, the French riders can cheat blatantly and do abolutely everything on the race. (Except win the Tour of course.) :D

We are not in the Giro during the 80' people, please.

Apparently. Aso/Uci aren't exactly known for their consistency with the rules.

There never was a single piece of evidence that Demare hang on to a car during his career. On MSR he was behind the Orica train in the Cipressa because Matthews was caught by the crash too. I wait for their testimony on the affair, but i'm afraid it will never come because there is nothing to say.

Evidence or no evidence... doesn't make a difference. People don't need evidence to make their opinions.

If you are his fan, you should enjoy the attention. Other than people laughing at him supposedly getting towed everywhere, he is probably the least noticed, least cared about, relatively big winner in the sport. After Paris, nobody will remember his existence again for months.

Guesdon admitted a sticky bottle, though. :D

Actually he was 4th on the poll to designate the favorite of Paris-Roubaix, he is pretty well known for sure, but hey nevermind, at the moment I enjoy the salt more than anything else. :D

Not just yesterday. On the Alps as well.
He keeps constantly dropping at the bottom of the first mountains only to find legs towards the end.

Lol Demare wins....
Hey, all of those of you who hated on Froome re the salbutamol, better be freaking out right now. This situation is IMO is much much more severe and concerning.
