I understand why Lotto works for Roglic' podium

But I don't understand Kruijswijk not going with the Bardet group

If Thomas cracks there would be a really interesting situation

If that happens they have to set Froome free
Froome has always been free , if had the legs he would have attacked but unfortunately he lost them a couple years ago

You can hear that nobody in hear understand the value of a podium in attracting sponsorships. When has LottoNL last had a podium which Roglic has a very vig chance to do

You think his podium was in danger from Landa or Bardet? Sky would have pulled this thing back on its own. And then Roglic could have gone to try and get some time on Froome with Sky domestiques more tired.

Lotto had to increase the pace or it would just be status quo to the finish. They had to start dropping sky bots.

Calm the *** down. If Rogla or Kruijswijk or both attack, then this move is understandable, certainly if Roglic podiums.
This is nothing like when Movistar started riding at Alpe stage

Kirby could you please piss off

I watch the Eurosport stream until Kirby comes on. Then switch to Phil and Paul. Which will tell you how much I don't like listening to Kirby.

Sky don't even need to pull it back. Even if Landa has yellow tomorrow by less than a minute Thomas wins. Roglic however is off the podium. They messed up by not getting Kruijswijk in the move, not by working

Nothing greater on here than the hate when a rider goes to the front instead of letting Sky set the pace...even after we've had nearly 3 weeks of folk moaning about the sky pace

If he didn't work, we would be watching sky train casually riding to finish. It's not like the GC guys in break are really cooperating.
so what's the difference who's working to pull them back if the break isn't working together ?

Yeah you can't just let them set a pace that keeps all the sky doms with the yellow jersey - gotta try something.
