Many Dutchies probably went apesh*t when he dropped out. The NOS interviewer didn't ask him for nothing if the Dutchies can sleep soundly tonight knowing that he's just fine.
Yes, the NOS... don't get me started about the NOS. Seriously, I turned the sound off today, Smeets is really past it.

Yup. His form has been poor this season but I still expected to see him in the Tour, can't see any reason to pick Delage over Fedrigo.

I think it was his decision going by google translations of some french news reports. Said he was tired.

Damiano Cunego
Alessandre Petacchi
Leonardo Bertagnolli
Grega Bole
Matteo Bono
Danilo Hondo
Denys Kostyuk
David Loosli
Adriano Malori

Good to see Malori in there. Strong leadout with Bole and Hondo for Ale Jet. Cunego for stages - solid team

This is what bothers me about Andy:

“The way I see it is that maybe Contador has the motor to do a Giro-Tour de France double, but I don’t think that his teammates do,” Schleck said. “We’ll see how they are in the mountains. I don’t think that all the riders on the team who were with him on the Giro have his motor. With us, nobody did the Giro. From a team point of view, I have an advantage on him. I don’t think it, I’m certain of it.”

What's the point of trying to antagonize the team of your strongest rival? Even if he this it's true, he's just adding fuel to the fire IMO. Should be trying to build alliances instead. As a wise man once said "He has a lot to learn"

Seems to be underestimating Riis' abilities as a manager, when he is the last person who should be doubting them.

I really hope Kern can do something good this year.

I'm reading on various websites that Navardauskas is going to the Tour. He is a great talent, but woah.

Just hype coming out of Lithuania after his win?

Doubtful a 23 year old in their first Pro season goes to the Tour, especially in a team with Slipstream's depth.

(Not doubting his ability/talent/potential, just seems like a wild suggestion).

Maybe there's room for him in the Vuelta team, but he has done quite a bit of racing already this season.
