Wow that was an interesting last kilometer... things really broke up inside 2km to go.
Edit: Also just noticed that liquigas crash right inside the last km. Was Sagan trying to lead out Oss? That caused some of the splitting up it looked like.

Yes, Sagan said after race that he and Nibali were working for Oss, who was confident to try to win.But 300m to finish Oss and others crashed, so he started catching Paolini. He said, he don't want to talk about happinnes, because his teammates crashed and that's not good.

Liquigas sound like a very close team, no infighting unlike all the English speaking ones.

Wow, Rüdiger Selig, stagiaire with LEOPARD TREK, wins Binche-Tournai-Binche (Memorial Franck Vandenbroucke). He was 4th in the U23 WC RR in Copenhaguen and got 5th and 3rd in Circuit Franco-Belge. It appears he is a promising rider for the future, it's quite rare that a stagiaire actually wins races I believe.

It'll be interesting to see whether they can keep him or have to let him go because there is no room. Could be that he can stay because he's a neo pro though. Him and Giacomo Nizzolo form some nice sprinting talent

1. ALL Rüdiger SELIG Team Leopard-Trek
2. AUS Baden COOKE Saxo Bank-Sungard t.m.t
3. FRA Adrien PETIT Cofidis, le crédit en ligne
4. ITA Davide VIGANO Team Leopard-Trek
5. ALL Roger KLUGE Skil - Shimano
6. BEL Ben HERMANS Team RadioShack
7. BEL Greg VAN AVERMAET BMC Racing Team
8. LET Aleksejs SARAMOTINS Cofidis, le crédit en ligne
9. BEL Thomas VERNAECKT Elite-2
10. FRA Jimmy ENGOULVENT Saur - Sojasun

Steel von Hoff takes the victory in the Goulburn to Sydney. How this guy doesn't have a contract with a PT or PCT team baffles me after the season he is having.

mybe because it's his first season

Not a pleasant weathercast. And look at the people he beat in the sprint. A tough man indeed.

Hayman had been in the break for over 170km. They finally get caught in the last kilometre and he still ends up winning the bunch sprint.

Wow, that's incredible. He must be in his absolute best shape. He'll be one of the favorites in Paris-Tours with that kind of form, particularly in bad weather.

That's incredible. I can think of Anthony Roux's Vuelta stage win in '09, but he had been in the break and only just held on, if the finish had been another 100m further, he wouldn't have won, but this is different.
