Last year QS only started with 5 or 4 riders and Nokere refused to pay startmoney for the non-starters. (Which is completely legal, but Lefevre did not like it. )

I think the rider who he was handing off, his team decided to keep the gas on just after a crash which one or two lotto riders was part of and Boeckmans didn't like it. So he decided to take the law into his own hands and slow him down by holding him back to slow him down to the back of the peleton. Crazy!

No Lotto rider crashed. Jules was probably doing some dangerous things and Boeckmans decided to act like God. Boeckmans should be punished, but a 3 month ban is absolutely ridiculous.
