gunara said:Not a categorized pro-race but two pros won gold and silver anyway, Lutsenko beats Beppu in a 4-man sprint at the Asian Games men's road race in Indonesia, Beppu had Nakane in the final group while there were also two Thai guys, Lutsenko was the one who made the decisive move on the last ramp 5 km to the finish, dropping everyone but the four, then Nakane practically towed the group by himself to the final sprint from there, he's the only one from the five who didn't contest the sprint. The sprint was pretty close, for a second Beppu thought he won it.

Lutsenko won his second gold for Kazakhstan, winning the 43-km TT quite easily. Khalmuratov (UZB, currently with RTS) finished 1'33" behind, 9 seconds faster than road race silver medalist, Beppu.

Thanks. To be honest, when a one-day race is neither 1.x, NC, nor WC, I don't know how it is categorized by the UCI
