Fretin wins, De Lie is just so bad at positioning himself.

De Lie is also just not fast enough. He lost a lot of speed compared to his neopro days. Doesn't make up any terrain on guys like Kanter or Fretin, his former u23 leadout btw. De Lie needs to watch out for falling into that in between category of not fast enough to be a bunch sprinter but also not strong enough to be a top classic rider.
