Philipsen is getting outsprinted by Groenewegen in a tough race now?
He was on the front too early and decided to go otherwise they would all overrule him if the pace dropped a bit. He basically did a leadout for the others and just came short.

And Groenewegen is still fast.

Sorry, this doesn't fit my Philipsen is now slow and the new Mads Pedersen agenda. I shall choose to ignore it

Just how many fractured collarbones is Capiot going to run into?

Alpecin did very little at all right in the final 10k and it cost them in the end.
It's very disappointing for Jayco who have a non WT level squad for cobbled races. They miss out on a rider who is WT standard at this level and they miss out on UCI points.

Think the key to Groenewegens improved form is race selection. Like many sprinters he wanted to ride stage races because the mentality is you have 2 or 3 chances to win as opposed to a one day ra e.

when a trucker in denmark made an illegal and dangerous protest where he dropped potatoes on the road he was convicted 21 months in prison

anything less than half a year behind bars is too little
So riders can just about murder each other for the sake of competition but a little nuisance that riders can't judge due to skill issues and he must go to jail?
