Valentin Ferron, who won yesterday, is technically still in his first year as a pro after joining TDE in August of last year.

Nahom Zerai was probably the surprise of the race. Born in 2002, had never ridden against the pros, he rode a very solid race overall and was third today in the queen stage!

Laporte wins circuit de Wallonie in front of Sarreau.

Meeus wins in Hungary.

And Gibbons won a sprint with 2 in Trofeo Calvia.

This thread got ignored today...

Laporte just won GP Wallonie. Sarreau had a perfect leadout, then got smoked in the sprint.

Meeus beat Dainese in the sprint in Hungary, meanwhile Gibbons took GP Calvia in a sprint-à-deux with Delaplace (been a while since he did anything, thought he'd retired!)

Also... was it just me, or did it look like one of the Bora riders was giving Meeus a quick concussion test? Having him take his sunglasses off, and then move a finger in front of his face.
Yeah, that was Rudi Selig. Remember he had a serious concussion after the Lake Garda training accident earlier in the year.
