The team dynamics must be totally messed up!

yep, I dont really know what to say anymore about it, you dont see other teams working like this, especially when the team clearly expressed publically they were setup to give Demi the lead role to win here and yes that was obviously damage control to repair the mess they created from the TdFF, so howcome Lotte didnt get that note ?

the only reason Lotte is even leading the GC, is because Demi again as a helpful team mate, helped her in Stage 1, and is I guess naive enough to think its ok for Lotte to shadow her wheel on this stage, because shes been told they were there to support her right. if Demi is told no gloves are off, youre both riding against each other, she'd have ridden both stages completely differently.

and we arent seeing Remco tear up the Tour of Britain or attacking his team mates, even though he's more than capable of doing it, hes quite happy in the support role to get the best results for the team and the designated teams lead riders, infact Miller was metioning on comms today Hayter is going to discover a world of change riding for the Wolfpack, you follow their rules and do what youre told apparently.

but it wasnt even like it was a clean sprint, theyre elbowing and riding into each other and just creating another pr fowl up for themselves, because no-one is celebrating the win however they try to dress this up as a success for the "team", this was supposed to be their redemption arc, and theyre just being idiots again.

the official UCI instagram feed is even just openly calling them out on it now, thats how bad it is, theyve descended to the level of official parody.

How hard is it to organise for VOLLERing to win the stage, as Kopecky has the GC. If I am a young rider, there is no way I want to go to SD Worx.

Well, I would actually argue that this was a planned strategy. SD were out to make Vollering lose, no matter the cost. What initially looked like incompetence during the Tour de Femmes, is starting to become pure sabotage.

I honestly do not know how Vollering remains so professional. It is high time she waves the middle finger and rode her own race. It's not like she would be missing out of an important program after Zurich.

Also in her interview after the finish she said that she wants to win and hope that the DS plays a neutral role in stage 3 and let the riders fight against each others.
Yeah, but if either of the two is prepared to work for the other, it's Vollering. She also did a leadout for Kopecky the other day. Kopecky just sits on Vollering's wheel for a whole climb and then tries to outsprint her at the end :)

Trek have a podium spot to defend, but the other teams shouldn't really care which SDW rider wins the GC. Also since both NFB and Markus are moving to Trek, maybe they shouldn't even bother.

Jayco Alula getting desperate to get the break closer to hold garcia's 4th on GC. Its a pity because gaskjenn could do well if it came to a sprint.

Questions have to be asked how a rider who is 5th in GC whose team-mates are 1st and 2nd in GC is allowed into a break.

That was a surprise from markus considering her form in the TDF and the first stages of romandie.

This tells the whole story: Kopecky and NFB waited for Vollering to see if she is ok, but Vollering drives past them not even bothering.

Good that Vollering is leaving this team. Maybe next year SD Worx will have better team dynamics. This year was compared to last year a whole mess.

Yep I wasn't sure what had happened today as I was occupied with the ToB. But I assumed based on the result, Demi just went CBA with you lot anymore

Demi crossed the finishing line and rode past Kopecky and Fisher-Black.

Puck Pieterse schedule:

28/09 World Championship road race Zürich
5/10 World Championship Gravel Leuven (close to me, so gonna watch the races).

Disappointing, but not really a surprise; with no NA CX World Cup, Alpecin probably doesn't want to travel over for a few riders. Look what happened in Brazil in April; Gaze had trouble getting kit/ equipment as they didn't bother going.

Demi has thanked Riejanne for checking she was ok after the crash, having just won the stage.

No one else gets name checked personally ;)

Next year you'll get a whole new dynamic with Van der Breggen returning as a rider and the DS being her boyfriend. That promises to be even worse than this year :) And they still have the main problem, which is that Kopecky just can't be bothered to do anything for anyone.

Four world championships in a year for Puck, and it's feasible that she podiums in each one.

Is De Haan joining the team? That should be fun.

It gets better. The story runs that the divorce resulted from her cheating on him with Danny.

I probably had heard about it, actually, but simply forgotten it. It's not always easy to keep track of who's dating who. Everytime I happen to come across Kristoffer Skjerping's name, he seems to be in a relationship with a new Norwegian rider, for instance.

I don't know if that's true, or why that should matter, but I do somehow find this return of Anna a bit... I don't know, odd. Not sure what to expect of it, or what her motivations are.
