I dont know. Schleck claimed Cadel could only challenge for the Tour if he stopped doing too many races at too high a level.

He didnt rate Sanchez or Gesink as contenders either.

Also in the article I found this which is an even more hateful attitude towards Carlos Sastre than we are used to from these 2.

Ive never hated a cyclist before and I certainatly find a lot to admire in Schleck, but these hateful cheap insults towards people and events that make cycling great, are pushing me to that direction with Schleck.

I'd call this pretty moronic.

That's what I said :p he was 8th though, Monfort was 5th

I was referring to the Tour 2010. He became a "Man-Tour". A rider who told the press in January only le Tour deserve my sweat.

That was the school of Lemond and Armstrong but they WON, no were 5th or the perpetual bridesman of the Tour podium in Paris.

And Lemond won worlds + podiumed some monuments.

Lance won worlds and spent the first half of his career chasing Ardennes.

Jurgen is no Lance nor Lemond and hes from the home of cycling. He should know better.

It's possible but the idological legacy was only July. As GT riders I don't rate their Worlds or monument attemps. Vuelta, Giro and one week races were invisibles for them and that's the school some riders follow
