Not sure, he and Morkov did 32:58 and ahead was 24:19.One of the random stages where the time limit wasn't a complete joke.
I don't know how badly he missed it.

Guess it makes sense that when you drop before the grupetto you're always gonna miss it by a bunch. That's problematic. Not sure, he and Morkov did 32:58 and ahead was 24:19.
Better than a DNF or DNS. Hopefully he comes on the positive of this illness and it isn’t a flare up from EBV.Mark get a publicist.. Getting 29th should be a secret not out in the media!! And wearing your kit!!??
Ok, I came here to see if he was healthy. He was nowhere in Turkey, so hopefully just shaking out the cobwebs and ready to build up..Mark Cavendish's racing program updated - Astana - Qazaqstan
Mark Cavendish’s racing program will undergo some changes due to sickness and the subsequent recovery period. Thus, Mark Cavendish’s next planned races will be the Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye in the second half of April and the Tour de […]www.astana-qazaqstan.com
Tour of Turkey up next, hopefully he can show some form after the illness.
He should play the lottery instead, better oddsHe just has to win one day as far as I'm concerned. Anywhere between June 26th and July 21st would be fine by me.
I dont know about that. Its unlikely, but him winning a stage? Curious what the betting sites offer. I would expect somewhere in the range of 10-1 or 20-1He should play the lottery instead, better odds
Waaaaaat? The odds of Cavendish winning a TDF stage are 10 to 1..20 to 1? If I had money on it, would think that the odds are more like 500 to 1 ..thousand to one..no disrespect to Cavendish just his results are not even sporadic at this point..He beat Fernando Gaviria in February at Tour of Colombia.. been in hibernation since. Got 3rd stage one in Colombia and 15th is best since then.I dont know about that. Its unlikely, but him winning a stage? Curious what the betting sites offer. You know full well YOU would not give 500 to 1 on him winning a stage so dont bs here.Waaaaaat? The odds of Cavendish winning a TDF stage are 10 to 1..20 to 1? All sarcasm aside, Cavendish has credentials that's for sure,as far as the ability to squirt, squeeze, bump and grind his way into daylight and open up his sprint, if he believes it and as you are expressing, I respect it.You know full well YOU would not give 500 to 1 on him winning a stage so dont bs here.
You must admit he does have an uncanny ability to pull *** right out of nowhere.
There's a good chance that he misses the time cut on the first stage. If we're lucky.yes. fingers crossed it goes well towards the TDF and that win
Good win today and moves above Cipo for career wins. Hopefully he and the team keep building for the Tour assault.
At this rate another 50-114 years, sounds doable.Yeh, pretty cool. 2nd most wins ever now.
Only another 114 he needs to pass Merckx...
Oh go on!There's a good chance that he misses the time cut on the first stage. If we're lucky.
Got a list? That's a lot!He's back!
I think this is the 20th country he has won in!
