OK, so er what is going on, Netserk's account shows him as banned, yet he still posted in response to me but then those posts were deleted.

Okay WHAT is going on, could someone please explain it to me?

I saw that Hitch complained about a post from Netserk in the Porte thread which has now been moved to the clinic, but when I clicked on the link it had already been deleted!

So I guess it must have been pretty bad! And is Netserk now officially banned??

no, he's not banned. He suspended himself.

What he isn't banned? WTF? A lot if not most of the bans in this forums history are for stuff that was far lighter than what netserk did.

So moderators really are allowed to post absolutely anything they want, break the forum rules anytime they want, and are immune from bans.

Damn, if this had been made clear before I would have applied long time ago. Where can I sign up?

Who has ever been banned for a NSFW picture?

And anyway, no we can't ban another admin. Only Dan can. And I don't see why he should.

While I agree that the sh*tting pic was a bit ott, so was Taxus' trolling too, in many threads, so I didn't mind it too much.

Good luck with the mod job hunt :)

You can only post there when you're on a self-imposed suspension :D :D

Aight, well at least I know I'm not losing the plot (any more than normal) now it's been explained.

Well thats because no one does it. Everyone knows its forum rules and common courtesy not to post such abhorrently disgusting pictures.

You are pushing an open door with me if you say taxus is a massive troll who's contribution to the forum is marginally greater than that of the adverts at the bottom of the page. And I can't think of more than 2 or 3 posters who would disagree.

That however has nothing to do with the image that was posted. As mod, one who deletes post for the flimsiest of reasons, netserk should know full well that not everyone will have the same tolerance to seeing a picture of an animal's behind as it shoots liquid diarrhoea into the direction of the camera.

Yet he made the decision to post it anyway. Total disregard for whether it would make anyone feel sick. Total disregard for the mod warnings to leave taxus alone which previous incidents suggest had anyone else broken would be a 7 day ban minimum. Total disregard for the rules (There is no way anyone doesn't know such a picture is against forum rules).

It is clearly worse than a lot of the things people have been banned for on here. And sorry, but there is absolutely no way someone who posted that, is qualified to go around deleting peoples posts or banning posters.

Don't agree with that, as he posted a bunch of times since he supposedly suspended himself - and then deleted most of those posts. But he posted them.

If he had truly suspended himself he wouldn't have posted a single time since his self-imposed ban. This seems more like attention whoring to me.
