Jeez some of you guys are wrapped so tight. Its a few of you taking yourselves too seriously that causes the friction. Same as on many forums.

From what I've seen this hog character is just yanking a few chains and usually in a pretty amusing way. He does a pretty good job of stringing together a coherent argument even if he does have to tell a few fat ones.

Each to his own but as far as I'm concerned I'd find this forum less interesting without his yarns.

Stalks me relentlessly around the forum, intentionally twisting what I write and inventing nonsense in order to bait me, and others, into responding. You might find it entertaining but ultimately it pushes good posters from the the forum and makes it unusable. There are rules in place to prevent this. You might not think the rules are important but in order to have a forum that actually works they are needed

Excactly the same happened to me from a different poster. He tries to go into fights with many by attacking, insulting, and posting unbased theories, even outright lies. His "success" rate? At least two banned posters (including me for the first time ever in 5 years), who defended themselves by attacking back. And more posters just left because of him in quiet resignation.

Result: I am mostly gone from the clinic. If it goes on like that, the downhill will be complete when 3 posters are left who battle it out with off topic posts, attacks and ludicrous theories.

Already the once informative clinic is spamed beyond help, because the qualitative posters left in disgust.
I am impressed by you and JV, that you still keep standing there...

Don´t mind. You would be no loss either. Funny how you guys can´t go without attacks. Shows your low standards.

I am the last to not agree that I am off sometimes, but I never ever came out attacking posters and/or calling them names/trolls (even when they were plain wrong).

BTW, I never defended Horner.

I'm not smearing him. I think he is a troll, I have said that often enough.

I don't ask for immediate permanent banishment for trolls, I simply have the feeling that other members have been banned sooner and for less.

yes, it only took the mods 2 years to ban the biggest troll in the clinic.

besides, hog doesnt always troll, he also provides humor and good content. Im not sure why he bothers to argue with RR, because that is a battle no sane person can win. But the clinic will definitely miss him.

No two lawsuits are exactly alike, but I've spoken with an attorney who has tried a couple of whistle blower suits, and he was very informative, and was dead on about some things that others here were wrong about. Go back and check the tape regarding damage calculations. I've been dead on about it because I asked him about it, and he told me what happens.

And I'm not sure why Floyd would even want to be all wrapped up in the legal details at this point? If he is fully informed, good for him, but I wouldn't be spending too much time on it if I were him. The government is f***ing this cat, Floyd is just holding the tail.
