For anybody who has not seen this pattern before, this is a classic example of RR and his attack dog working a poster in tandem. If the pattern holds, Berzin will be intervening against that poster in 3. . . 2 . . . 1.

From what I see...RR puts out some info that is 99% correct...and then the other ones who don't have anything to contribute tend to get all snarly.
...not a great way to get the point across..

If you don't agree..maybe try a different approach..it all ends up so petty and troll-y.

Some people want to see it all burned down and will try and run over whomever doesn't see it the way they do. This is some of that.

Thanks for this Scott. As the person on this forum who has taken the worst of my outbursts, I truly appreciate this. I absolutely let emotions get the best of me sometimes, and that isn't on anyone but me. That's why I don't feel like engaging with Digger here. I have never seen a rational response from him when he starts to freak-out.

That happened between he and I some time back, and I was man enough to admit my error to him. He never admitted any wrong in the situation, but said everything was cool, so I let it ride. I'm not going back there with him.

I will fight again and again with you because I find value in the content of your posts. RR and I definitely don't see eye-to-eye, but I respect him.

Past that, I certainly won't lose sleep because an intertubes attorney is angry because he posts absurd s**t, and I call him on it, nor some perpetually angry blowhard who would fight with a brick wall about bricks.

Cheers man. I'll be out there in Droughtafornia in 5 weeks...I have to say, I am already a bit intimidated about all of the fees I'm going to need to pay just to live there...

I'd take issue with your "one poster" statement, your "defends himself" statement, and your "long knives" statement.

(1) It is two posters working in tandem.
(2) It goes far beyond "defending himself"
(3) The "long knives" will probably come out, but not as you imply.

At some point, and this is an earnest request, I would like to know what it is that started the row between you and I. I cannot remember anything, but that may very well be due to the fact that at some point, I've p***ed everyone here off. The only person I've ever lobbied to be banned was BPC, and I will do it again, and again, and again, and again.

Past that, if someone gets banned for replying to one of my posts, that's on them. I've been banned plenty, and I don't flinch when I take my medicine. If others can't admit their complicity in their actions, that has nothing to do with me. Almost every time I've been banned, I deserved it because I was clearly breaking the rules.

hog doesnt always troll, he also provides humor and good content. Im not sure why he bothers to argue with RR, because that is a battle no sane person can win. But the clinic will definitely miss him.

Agreed, he doesn't always troll, but when he does, I just wonder what would happen if people didn't respond every, single time.

Nah. You got it all wrong. He won't be lobbying Berzin to ban people. He will be lobbying Berzin to uphold the rules by banning people he does not like. That is like...uh...not lobbying to ban people.

Still waiting for SB to weigh in and back up the lies about what happened with thehog.

Digger does not know. Floyd would certainly not tell him, or anyone outside his legal team, anything about the case. He claims over and over that I have written something wrong about the Qui Tam case......but refuses to point out what it is. That is because it does not exist.

From what I know they are lying. They banned thehog in Feb. because of this. Look to the moderator's thread to see their refusal to give the reason for the his ban. This sort of underhanded dealing has festered ever since.

However, the hog was not banned for breaking a direct commitment s/he made to me. The hog was banned for breaking a direct commitment made to Daniel via email - going that route is asking for it in any walk of like.

The mods have turned into RR's b!tches. He shows up and posts disappear. It is like clockwork it is so predictable. From what I hear he has been colluding with other members to report certain members' posts.

You guys have done your best to ban everyone so this place turns into twitter without the 140 char limit.

So I'll just say this, for anyone reading through this and the mod thread. The things BroDeal is writing about secret deals, getting others to report posts, and RR lobbying us among other things are not true in any way. It's been said and explained by 3 different mods now, I don't know how it can be explained any more clearer. And that's the last I'll say on the matter.

What part am I making up? The fact that word is going around that RR has tried to enlist other members to report posts? The part where RR knew that thehog would get banned if he responded to him so he did his best to bait thehog into engaging? The part where RR regularly reports posts he does not like and the mods jump to it like they are in his employ? The part where you have banned or driven off most of the posters who had anything interesting to say? The part where SB has stated he will conceal what agreements were in place?
