No respect for Froomey?

Pogacar now casually getting 7 podiums in monuments in a row (+2 in WCRR's). Possibly a record too haven't looked into it.

Cancellara got 12 podiums in a row in races he finished (he abandoned De Ronde in 2012 mid-way through that streak, so some people are unimpressed by that stat).

But Pogacar now has five consecutive podiums outright in monuments (not allowing for non-participations), which is absurd yet will easily be 7 by the end of the year.

With yesterday's result Pogacar only barely misses out on an opportunity of cracking a CQ score of over 6000. He needed to win both AGR and FW for that.

He's losing his points from last year's LBL after today, which means he'll have to ride Romandie or Frankfurt in order to reach 6000 on the rolling 12 month ranking.
Dauphine/Tour/Vuelta doesn't work cause Montreal drops during Vuelta?

Looking at some statistics on PCS - for research purposes - and there's a pretty big kid running around:

Tallest riders

#RiderTeamHeight in CM
1PLANCKE NicolasCycling Team Luc Wallays - Jonge Renners207

Oh, and he's only 16, so he might not be done growing.

Even his bike is taller than you.

Talking about Fuglsang‘s age made me wonder: What was the (WT) race with the most riders in their 40s. I was pretty amazed recently when I saw there were four riders in their 40s in the 2014 Tour: Jens, Chris Horner, Petacchi and Tosatto.

There's a 21-year age difference between 1st and 2nd in Tour of the Gila Women.
Lauren Stephens in 38.
Sidney Swierenga is 17.

But if you click on DoB in the rankings on FC, they'll show you that Aria Mundy is a lot older than both of them.

How on Earth can Hirschi be third in the year-round standings? Why does he always manage to have an indecent amount of points - even after a terrible spring?

8 of the riders from 2-12 on that list are all out of the top 26 in the 2025 ranking, and O'Connor and De Lie aren't even in the top 150.

His score now at the end of April for this season is higher than the rolling 12 month totals of all but 3 other riders.
